Notes

Shoulder calmed down enough to do pull ups and push ups.

Lower-body and sciatica PTs. Planks.

Backed off on the intensity of my lower-body lift last night. Still not quite enough. Thinking too much like a "weightlifter" and not enough like a "runner". Need to keep tinkering with exercises, weights, sets, and reps.
