Temp 56 Wind 5 mph.
Starting to feel normal again. My lungs are not 100% and have probably lost some strenght with 4 lb. weight loss. Decided the best way to get a quality work-out in this week would be 1 mile repeats with near-full recoveries.
Have no idea where this performance came from. Short strides, focus on fast turnover. Didn't feel like I was running hard; even held back more on third mile so as not to overdo it before Long Run tomorrow. Hack/coughs during and between each repeat. Did not time recoveries, just let HR get back to around 110 range.
