Easy Run with Drills and Strides. Jog over to high school, loop back to the park, and stop for about 10:00 minutes of low-impact drills with four short hardwire strides. Jog on back to the neighborhood and hit two longer strides with jog/walk recoveries before heading to Bram's 24-Hour Fitness for short session of lower body strength work. Lean day, but not a zero...four pennies.
