Temp 63 Wind 12 mph. Humidity 90% Dew Point 60°.

60-Second Hill Repeats. Punching the clock until foot (hopefully) gets back to normal. At times, when walking, feels like rough material on a sunburn. Once warmed up, does not appear to affect running other than twinges when turning sharply.

20:00 minutes warm-up with two surges. 2.45 miles.

Set of six hill repeats. Standard workout jogging to bottom, hitting a strider, then walking rest of 4:00 minute interval. Construction almost done and sidewalk/trail has been re-paved on Broadridge. Able to get out of traffic again. Been a while since doing a full set of these. Got into a good groove after third rep.

19:50 minutes cool-down. 2.47 miles.
