Temp 55 Wind 3 mph.
4x400 w/ 400 recovery jogs. Original plan was 6x400. Not happy with recovery progress this week, so cutting it back some. Goal is to run each at 5K pace. Would be 1:30.
#1 - 1:22. Slow your @$$ down.
#2 - 1:31. OK
#3 - 1:26. Geeze, I'm all over the place.
#4 - 1:31. OK, but very uneven.
Things still aren't "quite right"?? Functioning, but not fluid. Will keep trying to put my finger on it and get it turned around.
