AT Tempo Intervals. Jog straight to the track. One lap of surges/strides on the straights with walk recoveries on the turns. A second of the same with jog recoveries on the turns.
Going light on the interval volume. Post-race week. 3 x 1200 with 400 jogs. Strict form and will attempt to run progressive splits without use of the watch. Average 7:06 / 7:04 / 7:05.
Extra easy back to the house.
