Notes

With lower-body lift. After morning run, wanting to give HSs the rest of the weekend off. One-leg squats, hip flexor kicks, kneeling squats, and eccentric neutral-stance squats. Core and ankle strength/balance: eyes shut and on BOSU ball. Finished with 12:00 minute walk on TM.

All while watching football. Wanting to watch the Rams, but got interested in some team I did not recognize with horns on their helmets laying a hurt on the Colts?
