Temp 62 Wind 12 mph.

Drills / Strides. Start with 20:00 minutes of jogging. Drills and strides for 15:00+ minutes. All strides directly into headwind, accelerating throughout. Turnover back to consistent sub-6:30 and topping out at sub-6:10. Another hilly 30:00 minutes of jogging to hardwire. One penny. Have tweaked a muscle just above the left hip in lower back. Not sciatic related, so should be able to manage.
