With PTs, core, and various pull ups and chins. Drove down and checked out the finish of 5K. Winner (did not know him) ran 19:2X. Heard him tell a friend as he passed "Turned the wrong way." Must have not been the only one...appeared he may have been the only one under 20:00. This course has been changed three times in three years and keeps getting worse everytime they tweek it. Have turned a good race into $#!&. If HP gets what they deserve, about 300-350 people will sleep in next year.
