Track Intervals. Cooler with crystal clear skies. Nice. Time to start getting the legs rolling again. Easy jog to the track, then two laps of strides on the straights. Walk recoveries on the first one, jogs on the second.

Easing back into it with 8 x 200 with 200 jogs. Go 6:38 / 6:50 / 6:33 / 6:36. Anomaly on #2. Never got comfortable enough to accelerate. Flip directions and go 6:31 / 6:24 / 6:21 / 6:26. Had another negative split going on #8 and let the shadow of the new light pole throw me off stride coming out of last turn. Overall, very encouraging re-boot.

Short, easy jog back to the house. Lateral hip strength and wobble board before post-run stretch out. Quarter and a penny.
