Temp 68 Winds Calm. Humidity 85% Dew Point 64°.
At Tempo (20/20/20 Track). Quad fatigue and vision not too sharp this morning, most noticeable when getting hit with headlights. Otherwise, not too bad off.
Warm up jog to the track, then a couple of laps to run out the clock. Four surges along the way.
Tempo ten minutes in each direction. Splits = 7:27 / 7:23 / 5:10 (7:16). As would be expected, faster on the track. Starting to get this workout dialed back in.
Cool down jog back to the house. A penny about three doors down from driveway.
