Temp 67 Winds Calm. Humidity 92% Dew Point 64°.
AT Tempo (20/25/20 on Track). Jog straight to track and take a couple of laps with surges to prime. Cardio fine throughout tempo time. Stride uneven and was too fast for first 5:00 minutes. Slowed a tad, relaxed, re-grouped, and was rolling by a couple of minutes prior to 15:00 minute mark. Two teenagers showed up walking on track, talking loudly, and smoking cigarettes. Must have been more a distraction than I realized as I slowly faded for the last 8:00 minutes or so. Overall average 7:28, but splits were 7:19 / 7:24 / 7:33 / 2:44 (7:49). Minor detour on way home to pick up "nickel" spotted in distance...turned out to be a quarter.
