Temp 64 Winds Calm. Humidity 88% Dew Point 61°.

Track Intervals. Warm up with a jog to the track and two laps of surges/strides on the straights. Workout is 6 x 400+ with 200+ jog intervals (400+ / 200+ = running in outside lanes). Focus on making fast easy. Interval Paces = Forgot to Start Watch / 6:37 / 6:35...flipped directions...6:24 / 6:26 / 6:18. Easy jog back to the house and that's a wrap.

It's been my long-time opinion that thinking you have to run 6 or sub-6 intervals to be a 20-minute 5K runner, you might do it, but not too many times and not for long. Which leads me to my Jordon Hicks observation...if you have to throw 102-105 mph to get people out...
