Drills/Strides/Strength Intervals. Two-plus mile route to the track at an 8:36 pace. About 20:00 minutes of drills, strides, and strength intervals including plyometric jumps. Take loop though the park on the way back home at an 8:26 average pace. Pollen count of all plant life indigenous to this region through the roof. Noticeable, but not overwhelming. Ran for free.
