Post-Race Long Run. Was seriously considering jumping in this morning's big group long run, but as more signed on, was looking more like it was going to be one of those "let me show you how fast I can run" song and dances. Sorry folks, the time to do that was yesterday. Think I'll just do my own thing.
Park at Junior High and hang out on the streets for 10.0 hilly miles at 8:35 average pace. Total of 973 feet of inclines. Change into Hanzos and finish with another eight + laps on the track. 2.40 miles at 7:56 average pace. That went a lot better than my last run the day after a sub-20 5K. Won't bore with the details: $2.20 total.
