Long Run. Nice morning. Temp dropped about 7°-8° while I was out. Base at the park pool. Jog around for about 24:00 minutes, then hit 6 x hill sprints. Hop, skip, and a jump back to the car and change into A5s.
Time on feet day, so do four loops of the new Webber 5K course (mostly in the dark). Review is that its un-runnable. Plots to 2.96. Garmin 2.86. Fifteen turns plus one 180° turnaround. 250 feet of incline/declines, mostly short and steep. Lots of cross traffic with vision blocked by buildings.
Resetting my watch several times to measure and lost track of time and miles. Too blind without readers to see little numbers on Garmin. Ended up a little over what I could have got by with. All dimes (3) and pennies (3).
