Temp 64 Wind 7 mph.

Track Intervals. Rolled out of bed "off" this morning from the first step. Will need to shake it off, pretend its one of the other 364 days, and move forward. Out in some perfect weather for acclimation purposes. Jog to the track and take a lap to stride the straights, walk the turns, and scout for high school track season debris tripping hazards.

Movement patterns already properly wired. Will skip normal 200s and go directly into 400s (one lap in middle lanes). Workout is 6 x 400 with 400 jogs, then finish with 1 x 200 in "kick" mode.

6:15 / 6:19 / 6:12 / 6:23. Flip. 6:15 / 6:19 / 6:13 on the 200. Not wanting to let mental rush from fast or frustration from slow affect total focus on execution, so did not monitor individual reps with watch. Caught myself a couple times getting lazy with my head positioning. Looking more down than ahead. Cost me some ticks on a couple of the middle reps. Overall, give it a B+ to A-.

Easy 15:00ish minute jog back to the house.
