Temp 63 Winds Calm Humidity 80% Dew Point 57°.

Short Hill Repeats. Extended warm-up and cool-down. Up = 3.34 miles in 29:29. Down = 4.06 miles in 34:50.

Workout is 11 x 12-14 Second Hill Repeats with 2:0X walk intervals. First one a 14, the last ten were 13s. Attempted to do these without re-irritating the bottom of my left foot. No success.

School back in session and kids hanging out at the park dropping trash and cash in just about every parking lot. Two quarters, two dimes, a nickel and ten pennies for an 85 cent day.
