Temp 51 Winds Calm. Humidity 90% Dew Point 48°.

VO2 Max Intervals. Wake up a wreck this morning. Quesy stomach and most recent bout of plevis/groin issues remain. Not so much "minor pain and discomfort" this time around, but more "weakness". Little lower also. Have had good workouts in past on bad days, so carry on. Long-sleeve tee layered with singlet. Cool, but feel the humidity.

Up = 2.20 miles in 20:07. Jog to the track with two surges along the way.

Scheduled workout is 5 x 5:00 Minutes @ 10K/5K Effort w/ 3:00 Minute Jog Intervals. Not sure it would be wise to try and pull this off in my physical condition, so tweek the plan. Take it off the roads and onto the track. Going to start at 15K Effort and work from there. Average Rep Paces = 6:46 / 6:39 / 6:32 / 6:15 / 6:17. Flipped directions after #3. Overall, last rep was much better, just lost some focus and slowed a bit around 3:00 to 4:00 minute mark before strong finish. Numbers slightly off for being on the track; however, target zone work was spot on. Very happy with effort an execution.
