AT Tempo on Track. Extended warm up with two primer laps. First tempo lap may have been a few ticks fast, but settled in, fought a choppy stride at times, and evened things out the rest of the way. Averaged 8:02 for seven laps in each direction. The cool breeze felt amazing after last few weeks. Lots of air traffic overhead in all directions. Loud too.
