Temp 71 Winds Calm. Humidity 97% Dew Point 70°.
Strides. At the track. (1) 20+ warm up, (2) 8 laps of strides on the straights / walking the turns, and (3) 10+ minute cool down. Some brief period of walking at the beginning and end of warm up and cool down. Even with caution, stride turnover hitting mid-low 6s. Didn't have to start managing fatigue to avoid sloppiness until after 10-12. Its a start.
