Hilly Long Run. From the sound of all the group chatter, everyone within 50 miles of here with BQ dreams and a pair of Newtons was looking for folks to run 9:00 m/m long runs. Offered up. Zero takers. I'm solo. Works fine, can leave from house, and even get going a few minutes early.
Muggy again with some light rain / sprinkles a couple of times. Front door to Cape, looped the Osage Center, and back home. Averaged 83 feet of inclines per mile. EFS and water on the way over. Sugar free sports drink on way back. Long incline mile fifteen into sixteen, thought there may be a bonk coming on, but everything settled back into place and coasted on back to the house. Only one coin. It was a quarter.
