Temp 28 (17) Wind 14 mph.
Medium Long Run. Conditions too crappy to attempt to get to Arena Park this morning, so we'd cancelled CBEM Long Run. 2013 CRR Runner of the Year sticking close to home in SC. I am able to "walk to work" to meet HOF-JT at City Park. Took some ice dancing to get there. Asphalt roads unsafe for workout, so we decide on a 7+ mile loop that will keep us primarily on concrete pavement.
Back to park and split up to head home. Did an extra loop in the neighborhood before hitting the porch. Wind had dried most of the ice patches by now and no near-ass-busters in the driveway this time. Wore these shoes for nearly 500 miles and, for whatever reason, come home today with a blister on my heel.
