Temp 54 Wind 3 mph.
Stayed in the neighborhood while the sun came up. Long work week with 150 mile daily commutes starting to take its toll; however, moving along at normal morning pace. Birds so loud, could not hear mile alerts. Was into mile three and almost done before I knew I'd started. Bit of a progression. 9:43 / 9:11 / 9:03. High school track is over, and have some 5Ks coming in July. Will start back with a little weekly speed work tonight.
