Track Intervals. Easy jog to the track and one primer lap for warm-up. Easy jog back to the house for the cool-down.

Workout:

2 x 200 (Average Paces = 7:08 / Flip / 7:00).

4 x 600 (Average Paces = 6:54 / 6:44 / Flip / 6:44 / 6:40).

200 Jog Intervals Between Each.

Execution consistent. Turnover never got cranking to full capacity as frosty air on knees and quads gummed up my old-man lower parts.
