Track Intervals. Easy jog to the track. Two laps to prime.
Workout: 4 x 200 (Average Paces = 7:16 / 6:58 / 7:02 / 6:58) and 3 x 600 (Average Paces = 7:04 / 6:48 / 6:59).
Dark, windy, and frigid. Couldn't see, breath, or feel my legs. Running the clockwise reps a few ticks faster than ones counter-clockwise...probably due to way I was hitting the wind.
Easy back to the house. One penny.
