Notes
I headed-out with the idea in mind that this was just an easy E Pace run. The first half of the run was mostly downhill and I was just on cruise control. I noticed that my fourth mile was a little too fast, but I didn't need to work to dial it back because the entire fifth and most of the 6th miles were a steady uphill. It was somewhere in the middle of the fifth mile that I remembered this was supposed to be an E pace run with a fast finish for the last three miles at or around Marathon pace. The climb up West St. almost took everything I had. I had to rehydrate and refuel with some water and a GU, once that kicked-in I was able to pull-off negative splits for my final three miles...
