Notes

So, I did a 10 minute warm-up on the elliptical, some light stretching and jumped on the treadmill. Still learning how to run slow, trying to hit my E pace. Was able to maintain the 12:00/mile pace for the first 3 miles, it just hurt too much so I bumped it up for the last two miles (10:00) and (9:40) respectively. Finished-up with 30 minutes of stretching, then dinner...
