I ran a loop around Needham/Wellesly area before work. Once the sun came-up it became unbearable hot and humid. I burned through all 32 oz's of my hydration by mile 8, so I turned toward the station at the Webster/Greendale intersection instead of down Greendale as planned. This run seemed to take more out of me than it should've. My legs were like lead balloons. Maybe it was the run on the beach on Saturday...
