Woke-up early at the station and tried to do 800m Interval repeats on the treadmill. I just didn't have it in me. I found tht I was over-striding and no matter how fast I set the treadmill (up to 10mph at one point) my foot pod was only reading it as a 7:30/mile pace. So between the frustration and lack of energy, I gave-up on this workout and turned it into a 1 hour E pace run...
