Good workout today, beautiful day to be running. Everything went smooth with my pre-race facilitation. Felt good. Feel good. I am as prepared as I will ever be for the 16-miler tomorrow. Kinda' sick, but since there are only 25 entries in my division (Clydesdale Men 200+ lbs.), and most of them are older than me, I'm sort of hoping to get some hardware, and I'd like to run the first 13.1 miles under 2 hours. That would be a great confidence booster for the rest of my training...
