Notes

Good pre-race interval workout on the track today. Felt really strong and fast. I was intentionally trying to keep it a little faster than M pace without overdoing it. I still had a lot left after each interval and didn't get particularly winded or even sweaty (which is unusual for me) during this workout. Felling almost ready for Monday.
