Well, well, well, my first double digit run since the half in May 2017, dang boy, you done good.
I was just feeling ambitious today and thought, maybe 6.2 or maybe 10, and even though that 8:34 paced 2.5 miler yesterday left my legs tired I just kept going.
Haven't done a run/walk in a long time, but I was dragging at 5.5 miles so I did go that method and i'm glad I did, it gave me new life and cut down my time a little. The first time was around 56 minutes and then probably an average of 7:1
Very proud of this one, last 2 miles were rough but made it!
