Notes

Good run. Ran the first 9 miles of the pig course. Tons of runners out. Saw the Bob Ronckers Full group then saw the Half and saw meters and miles. I must have seen over 300 people today. Pretty awesome. I was trying not to push it to hard and this pace is spot on what I was hoping to do. I still worry that I need to run 30 seconds faster for 26.2 miles but I know that comes with rest. I have been running six days a week for the first time and so far so good. A little worried about the hammy and the calf but they did not deter me today.

Good run and the first long run I have had in a long time. Next week is a cut back week and I am looking a little forward to that.
