had nobody to run with for about 11 min in the middle. Tried to go with one guy I thought might be close but he came through 800 in 2:27 and 1200 in 3:43... It felt to fast but I still ran with him for a while because there was no one else. In hind sight I would have run solo from the start. Started slowing down a lot hit 5:02 and 10:22. The last mile felt like hill repeats. Some guy from King College came out of nowhere and got a half step on me in a sprint finish. Ran hard but I wonder if I extended my season too long.
