Notes
It was supposed to be a medium effort but I ran a little too hard. I ran just a little longer than I wanted yesterday, so I need to be just a little smarter about the training.
Half-mile splits:
3:16, 3:13, 3:05, 3:27, 6:37 mile (including turn-around...might have been long), 3:25, 3:03, 3:16
The hills got to me. I should have run a little easier but I also think the increased mileage is leaving me a little tired.
Probably should have done a warm-up since the wind chill was 7 but I had some time constraints
