Strength

good workout

my left oblique has been sore on and off for a couple of months, so I replace my decline bench rotational abs with 2 x 100 crunches and 2 x 100 butt raises.

I also replaced my flat bench which had be steadily getting worse for weeks with a decline bench. I did 3 x 4 x 225.
