Stride protocol...2nd edition

first time doing this workout since injuries have prevented this for months

All went well except one set of front squat that I didn't set up correctly. I have slightly pulled muscle in my upper back because of that. It didn't inhibit the workout at all, but it is a reminder that I of all people should get all of those little things right.
