ballistic bench press 4 x 5 x 10 lb mb

incline bench press 5 x 135, 3 x 155, 5 x 1 x 165 (need to improve on this lift in the future)

seated rotational throws 10 e x 6 lb mb, 3 x 10e x 10 lb mb

a good bit of wrist work with the rope pulling up 10 lb

kind of a throwing work out to give my body a break
