5 x 1 minute with 5 minutes easy in between

left knee is sore, probably from overcompensating for left foot and calf that were feeling weird

right leg is working harder than left because of the knee...tomorrow is a rest day, running-wise

other than that I felt good and fast

did tripod, side, prone and supine planks afterward for 1 min each (8 min total)
