Good run. 527 up, 540 down. Worked on keeping to a slower pace. The first 12 miles or so felt easy, then it got harder but I was able to maintain pace. Goal was to run 10:15-10:30 for the first 6 miles, then 10:00 - 10:15 for the rest. Ran an extra mile. Very tired at the end and stiff, but mentally good. Drank water at 2.5, 5.5, 8, 11, 13 and 15. Gu at 5.5 and 11. No other walking.
