Notes

First interval run in a very long time, so I kept it short, with only 5 intervals of 7.0, 7.1, 7.2, 7.1, 7.0. Felt very fast, but I did okay. Recoveries were at 5.2. Left leg hamstring behind the knee hurt a bit with the first one, but it eased and never returned. I felt fine afterwards.
