Yesterday, my leg still hurt a lot, so I rested. Today there was no pain on our walk, so I decided to just keep it easy and see how it behaved. I was fine until about 5 1/2 miles, then it felt really tight, so I finished the mile and quit.
Progressive each 1/4 mile from 5.0 - 5.2, each 1/2 mile 5.3-5.6, then each mile 5.7- 5.9 incline up to 2.0
