Notes
Busy with the high school meet till 2:30 today so I took an hour nap, had dinner, and then waited to go running. Kinda sucked leaving it till late tonight but we got into a pretty good cadence and got cruising the last few miles even though it didn't really feel like it. Weather was perfect for a long run, and this is the longest run I have ever gone on! Glad I had Thompsen with me, we had a good time and today was one of those days where I could have definitely kept going a few more miles. Not every day is going to be like this, but this has been a pretty solid week of good feeling runs so I can't complain!
