Ran exactly a nine out and a nine back. Probably our most consistent run as a group so far this season. Didn't seem like many people were there, kept the whole group together the whole time. Just a really enjoyable run. It was nice to take it easy today since we were out so late at O.A.R. last night. Should be nice to have a couple days off since I'm pretty sore from a long week. And my new shoes are on their way! Have a great weekend!
