Notes
Run with TM's. First six with Mindy, Val, and husband, and Eric. Finished with James, Emma, and Ian. Varied terrain going from Bradbury to Pineland all over the place getting wet and a bit cold the whole time. Only planned on 12 so had a water bottle and a bar but was OK. Felt good and strong and I was surprised how well the run went.
