Really great training run at Pineland. Intended to do al least a marathon at around 9's and ended up a bit more and a bit less. Beautiful day with a slight breeze and no bugs. Hit the course including the knee high grass fields, then ran another loop without the fields. Only used Tailwind, three liters with three scoops a piece, crazy. Really focused on staying hydrated the whole time to ensure all the liquid was used. Actually ran out with three miles to go, just great.
