Went through a bottle a lap, alternating between Nuun and water. Sweet potatoes, Raw Revolution, 2XMojo bars, dates, apricots, 2XEndurolytes. Really hot and humid conditions (95% at the start). Most likely got some heat exhaustion as the day progressed. Got a bit bloated, a bit sick toward the end as well as spacy. Real tough to push through and maintain. 11 laps in 6:09
