Notes

Great run with a mild stomach and body fatigue. Did two laps clockwise with no walking, then changed direction for three laps counter clockwise with no walking. The trail part of the reverse direction is much more fun to run up, but the road is brutal after the sketchy straight down on the back side, especially with snow and ice still. Felt good all-in-all. Stayed under 29 minutes for each lap with the final lap the fastest at around 27!
