A VERY hard run. I was running sick and could physically feel the "wheezing" while I ran. I could only breathe shallow which kept me out of breath for the entire run. It was hard, but I made it through. Saw Patrick at Northview on the way back which gave me some inspiration. Had a 10-15 minute coughing fit after my run.
